Orders & Changes: Orders can be modified immediately after placement. Cancellations are subject to conditions outlined in the Returns Policy.

Pricing & Payment: Full payment is required before delivery. Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment, including delivery fees.

Cancellation Rights: Customers can cancel orders within 2 days unless the items are personalized, made-to-order, or picked up in-store. A restocking fee (30%) applies to made-to-order cancellations.

Delivery: Delivery times vary based on item availability. Large items are delivered via different couriers, and delivery is subject to accessibility. Additional delivery fees may apply in certain cases.

Extra Delivery Charges: Additional charges apply for re-delivery, special handling, failed deliveries, and storage fees for uncollected store pick-ups ($60/m² every 15 days).

Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Attiko Casa’s control. If a product arrives damaged at the warehouse, a replacement or store credit is offered.
