Defective Products: Customers can return defective or misrepresented items per consumer protection laws.

Cancellation & Refunds: Orders canceled within 2 days are eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order items, which incur a 30% cancellation fee. Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.

Return Conditions: Customers must take care of returned goods. A deduction may be made for any damage.

Collection Costs: Return shipping costs vary. Refunds exclude delivery charges unless the return is due to a company error.
